Taisce Corporate Contributor License Agreement
Not legal advice, and not final. See the note at the top of the Individual agreement.
This agreement is for a company or other organisation whose people contribute to Taisce.
It exists because the individual agreement asks a contributor to confirm they are entitled to license their own work — and an employee often is not. Work created in the course of employment usually belongs to the employer. Where that is so, the employer agrees to these terms instead, and names the people it covers.
"Ensera" means Baserat Al Mustaqbal, an establishment registered in Jordan, trading as Ensera. "Corporation" means the organisation agreeing to these terms.
The terms
The Corporation grants Ensera the same copyright licence (section 2), patent licence (section 3), and makes the same confirmations about entitlement and originality (sections 4 and 5), on the same "as is" basis (section 6), as set out in the Individual agreement — granted by the Corporation rather than by a person, and incorporated here by reference.
Read section 2 of that document before agreeing. It permits Ensera to distribute Contributions under terms other than the project's current licence.
Who it covers
The Corporation lists the people authorised to contribute on its behalf and keeps the list current. A Contribution from somebody not on the list is not covered by this agreement.

It covers work those people submit in the course of their employment or engagement. It does not cover their personal work, which is covered by the Individual agreement if they choose to sign one.
Ending it
Either party may end this agreement in writing. Ending it does not affect Contributions already submitted — those licences are irrevocable, because a project cannot have code withdrawn from underneath it after building on it.
What is recorded
The signatory's name and contact details, the Corporation's name, the schedule of covered people, and the dates. Kept for as long as the project distributes the Contributions it covers, as evidence that the licences were granted.
